Phase #1: Prepare

During the first week, you will assess your baseline, set personalized goals, and get your kitchen and calendar ready. This first step sets you up for Reset success by ensuring you are confidently prepared to make changes in phase 2.

Phase #2: Reset

In the four weeks of phase 2, you will gently remove foods that commonly contribute to inflammation and imbalance—while adding nourishing, whole foods that help you thrive. This is where the transformation happens!

Phase #3: Evaluate

For these three weeks, you will systematically reintroduce foods to learn how your body uniquely responds. After all, you deserve to know which foods best support your body at this specific time of your life.

About me...

My journey into nutrition began in high school, when my dad taught me how macronutrients could improve my performance on the basketball court. From there, it became a lifelong curiosity—one I eventually turned into a career after years of navigating the demands of corporate life and managing my own autoimmune disease (psoriasis) through nutrition and lifestyle alone. Now, at 50, I take no medications, feel strong in my body, and continue learning every day how nutrition can help us live with more vitality, clarity, and joy.

Before I became a mom at 42, I was an endurance athlete—completing two Ironman triathlons, five marathons, and countless other races. Today, I prefer long walks with a weighted vest or stretchy yoga sessions. As a registered dietitian with advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition, a former project manager with a math degree, and a mom who wants to stay sharp, strong, and capable for decades to come—I bring precision and compassion to every part of the work I do. My mission is to help women reclaim wellness and wholeness, one intentional step at a time.

Is this a diet?

It depends on your definition of "diet." For me, your "diet" is simply how, when, and what you eat. In that sense, the Body Reset will transform your "diet" to truly feed your intentions for health and wellness, which is why you're thinking about joining! That said, this is not about calorie counting, deprivation, perfection, or weight loss at all costs. This is about nourishment and giving your body what it needs to reset.

What if I've already tried to work with another program?

You’ll eat whenever you’re hungry. There's no starvation here.

What if I have a family or travel during the Reset?

This program is designed with real life in mind. You’ll plan for obstacles in advance, and I’ll help you make it work—without guilt when you can't help but deviate from the plan.

What if I've already tried to work with another program?

First, congratulations on your efforts to improve your well-being! It's not easy to put ourselves first, and you deserve the care you're giving yourself. Now, whether you've done another program before or this will be your first one, this is an excellent program for anyone seeking a comprehensive, supportive experience as part of their health journey.

Will I get access to Stephanie to get my questions answered?

Yes! The live weekly Q&As are a great way to get your questions answered. You can submit your questions ahead of time and either attend in person or listen to the recording at a more convenient time. As well, I'll be present in the online platform and be available via email for those really personal questions that you don't want to ask in front of the whole group.

What if I'm already working with a dietitian/therapist/doctor/coach/etc.?

That’s great! The Body Reset is designed to complement, not replace, the care you’re already receiving. You’re welcome to share the program framework with your providers, and if you're working on specific health concerns, they can help tailor your participation. This Reset offers structure, education, and support to help you implement nourishing habits—whether you’re just getting started or deepening work you’ve already begun.

Is there a guarantee?

There’s no money-back guarantee, and here’s why: every body is unique. The Body Reset is built on sound principles and has helped many women improve their energy, reduce symptoms, and reconnect with their health—but it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Some people may uncover underlying imbalances that need additional support from a healthcare provider. While your effort, consistency, and mindset play a big role, this program can’t account for every physiological difference or medical need.

How long is the program?

The entire Body Reset is 8 weeks. The first week is for preparation to be sure you feel confidently ready for the dietary changes that start in week 2. The last week is for reflection on your journey and integration of all you've learned. My goal is for you to feel motivated, supported, and capable from the first change you make to the last food introduction and beyond.

What if I've never used an online program before?

You don’t need to be tech-savvy to succeed here. You’ll get access to everything through the easy-to-use Feed Your Intention portal, where a new set of videos will unlock each week. From Week 1, you’ll also have full access to the downloadable workbook with all the tools you need.

There’s a short intro video to walk you through how to use the platform, but it’s simple and intuitive. And if you get stuck or have questions, you can always reach out—I’m just an email away.

How long do I have access to the materials?

You’ll have access to everything inside the portal for 3 full months—the 8-week program plus an extra month to review, reflect, and revisit anything that supported you. This encourages you to stay present with the process without rushing and gives you time to complete anything you may have missed.

What if I don't like the program?

I understand that every program isn’t right for every person, and while I don’t offer refunds, I’ve designed the Body Reset to be a supportive, empowering experience that meets you where you are. You’ll get clear structure, compassionate guidance, and tools that help you connect with your body in a deeper way.

That said, this isn’t a quick fix—and it might feel uncomfortable at times. Change often does. If you find yourself struggling, I encourage you to reach out.
